About us

As veterinarians or breeders we can see for ourselves almost every day how much the role of dogs and cats has changed in recent decades. From domestic animals they have become real companion animals and family members. As more and more humans become health-conscious in their everyway life, they increasingly extend this attitude to their four-legged family members as well, and expect us to provide health-centred solutions to their problems.

One thing, however, has certainly not changed: pet owners continue to be happy and, what is none the less important, satisfied with us if their pets stay healthy as long as possible, recover as easily as possible and are given the greatest possible chance for recovery or a better quality of life.

Nowadays, dogs and cats participate in their owners’ life not only more actively but also for a longer time; this is one of the reasons why during our everyday work we find that different neoplastic diseases are becoming increasingly common in pets.

Statistical data show that almost half of pets older than 10 years die of some type of cancer.

Besides the conventional therapies of neoplastic diseases (surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy), immune-oncotherapy is assuming an increasingly important role in human medicine. The capabilities of the immune system far exceed the possibilities of even the most up-to-date medical techniques. The immune system can look into places where not even the smallest endoscopes and state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging instruments can see, and reaches sites inaccessible to the surgeon’s scalpel. This wonderful system enmeshing the whole organisms looks for and identifies both the external and internal enemies of the body on cellular level.

Although the immune-oncotherapy breakthrough already imminent in human medicine seems to be more distant in veterinary medicine, the decisively important role of the immune system has long been known in the veterinary field as well.

This is why we have developed the Burgimmune Immunoenhancer feed additive powder, the first member of the Natural Pet Care System product line. With the help of experts, we selected the ingredients of Burgimmune so as to support the immune system as efficiently as possible in overcoming neoplastic and other diseases. The product is outstanding in terms of both its active substance content and composition.

Our founding members include Dr. Antal Bölcskei Molnár and Dr. Zoltán Farkas small animal veterinary clinical specialists having decades-long experience and hospital background, who have provided the professional technical background for the development and testing of the product. Their name is linked with the establishment and operation of VeresVet Veterinary Hospital and the Veterinary Hospital of Dunakeszi. An important part of their daily work is the provision of professional veterinary care and support to animal shelters and animal welfare organisations.
